Criminal Law by Russell Weaver, John Burkoff and Catherine Hancock

This is what I spent a good part of my Sunday with.  It is a good book, I think.  It is full of cases explaining the concepts of criminal law.  I don't think I have the whole picture yet since we are all laying the ground work for the good stuff on October 4 like Homicide.  However, the things we have covered like actus reus, mens rea, concurrence, causation, strict liability, and attempt are the basis of the analysis we have to perform on the finals.

That made me wonder why I have not practice an essay question on the 5th week out of 14th before the finals.  So, this week, I hope to do at least one essay.  Just one.  Then I can go on from there.  I cannot be shaky on my analysis on the finals because analysis is the bulk of the grade.
