Exam on Torts Today

This is a fried banana with ice cream from our favorite Thai Restaurant: De Rice
I have an exam in torts today.  After studying and reading my notes and doing some exams over the weekend, I feel like I am not ready.  I know the concepts, but on the other hand, I feel shaky on my definition.  It's  not exactly the same as the letter definition, but it's the same meaning.  Isn't that what matters in the end?

I also read many hornbooks and study aids.  But, each one has a different way to dealing with essay question.  So, I have decided that I will take the analytical skills it's giving me, and I'll IRAC it the way my professors wants it.  In a few weeks, I can probably review some of most helpful hornbooks or study aids that I used for torts.

Still, now, I want to eat this banana dessert before school.  I think I need to get dress and go to school and sit in the library.  Maybe my brain wouldn't feel so full and unreceptive once I'm there.  I will just have to trust my brains that it will remember what I put in there.

So, for my exam tonight, wish me luck.  I'm aiming for top 5 or 5%, whichever comes first.
