I took my older two kids to a hike last Sunday. It was a refreshing hike. The trails were challenging in places, but it had plenty of easy intervals that allowed me recover my breath. I wasn't worried so much about breaking an ankle, but about the "nature" that's around us. There are signs everywhere that it was also "poisonous" snake habitat. So, despite my "
qualms" about nature, I had lots of fun. This is my first
alphabet Thursday post.

ReplyDeleteThis looks like a challenging hike!
I moved from an area where there we no snakes to a part of the country that has rattlesnakes, so I'm trying to learn all I can about dangerous snakes so I can avoid them.
Looks like a beautiful area, but I'm not sure about the poisonous snakes.
