We have been having typical summer in Texas. Well, for me, it is typical. When Texas was having thunderstorms and pouring like crazy, I was in San Francisco, so I did not get to experienced the 70 F degree Dallas. These are my
skywatch. Now, I'm off to read some horn book on Federal Civil Procedure. I am taking CivPro in the Fall, and that is 4 weeks away. I know nothing about CivPro, and it behooves me to read a little something about it.
