Sucky Customer Service at Capital One Auto Loans

post-crossing stamps

If you are considering auto loans, you might want to get another auto loan company other than capital one.  The customer service department are extremely rude.  If you ask for an address where to mail anything, they put you on hold and tell you that it is confidential information.  Therefore, it requires written authorization.

So, you ask for where to send the written authorization - they will proceed to grill on a number of YOUR confidential information to give you an address THAT IS NOT confidential information.

I just want to say that if you are an angry person, customer service is probably not something you should do. Perhaps, wrestling cows or watching dead people would be a good job for you.

So, Capital One, you will lose many customers unless you fix your broken customer service.
